Top 5 Farmhouse Bathroom Remodel Ideas for 2025

Writer: Anastasia Anastasia

Have you ever stepped into a bathroom that just felt right? My next design project for the farm is bathroom spaces.

The bathroom is one that I always scan for cleanliness and functionality. For me, it’s also a room that reveals a lot about personality when I visit a restaurant or any public space. One of the biggest factors I consider when evaluating a bathroom is its timelessness. Will it remain stylish year after year, even when new trends emerge?

In 2025, I’m focusing on redesigning my bathroom, and I’ve narrowed down a few key elements that I’m excited to incorporate into the project:

  1. Brass

I love the charm and durability of vintage-inspired fixtures. From faucets to light fixtures, choosing timeless designs that blend seamlessly into a variety of styles can give the bathroom a refined look that never goes out of fashion. Think polished nickel finishes, classic cross-handle faucets, or even a statement clawfoot tub.

  2. Vintage-Inspired Fixtures

While vintage-inspired fixtures offer a timeless foundation, incorporating a vintage theme can take the space to the next level. The elegance and charm of the 1910s and 1920s continue to inspire modern bathroom designs. Think classic black and white tile floors, pedestal sinks, and high-backed tubs that evoke a sense of timeless sophistication.

  3. Big Personality for Small Spaces

Even a small bathroom can be packed with personality. A great way to make a bold statement without overwhelming the space is by using textured tiles or unique light fixtures. Subway tiles in creative layouts, like herringbone, can add visual interest, while vintage-inspired lighting fixtures can provide a striking focal point. Big personality doesn’t mean sacrificing style, especially in a small space.

  4. Marble

Natural stone is durable and only becomes more beautiful with age, making it a long-term investment worth considering. Marble’s subtle gray veining brings a refined touch, while soapstone adds warmth and texture. Natural stone is durable and continues to look better with age, making it a great investment for the long run.

  5. Subway Tile: Tile, Tile and More Tile!

Subway tiles are a classic choice for bathrooms and will never go out of style. To add personality, consider mixing up the size, shape, or pattern of the tiles. You could add a vintage-inspired border tile or even use subtle color accents within the subway tile design to make the space feel unique while maintaining a timeless appeal.
